Project Info
Developed to attract craft beer enthusiasts and become East Auckland’s social hotspot, we created a design that tied into the suburb and definition of Botany. Surrounded in botanicals and greenery, the Botany Commons reflect the notion of a greenhouse. The restaurant was divided into 4 distinct zones for various drinking and dining experiences – The courtyard, conservatory, lounge and retail zone. Concretes, old timbers, rattan, brick and various flooring options used to create a layering effect of texture flowing throughout the space.
